These highly engineered products require delicate handling and robust packaging.

 

Wheel bearings are packed in a specially produced carton that is impregnated with a VCI (Volatile Corrosion Inhibiting) material.

 

Originally wrapped in a VCI paper then inserted into a standard box, the introduction of the VCI impregnated carton has removed the VCI paper thus reducing the amount of labour involved in packing these components.
